hey guys my brothers girlfriend is so annoying she always calls even at like 3 in the morning and she wakes everyone up and if u tell her not to call she mouths off i hate her any ideas

Call her at 3 in the morning and wake up her family. Chances are, if she's on the phone regularly at 3 AM, she's going nowhere in life. Successful people are sleeping at that time.
The exception would be if you're *working* overnight.

If you have a phone in your room. Turn the rang off. Suggest your brother get a cellphone. Tell her parents she is calling. (if she is under age.)

Your parents need to ask her to stop calling in the middle of the night. If that doesn't work, then your parents need to talk to her parents. They might not know she's calling?
Is she drinking when she calls in the middle of the night? Sounds like the girl has problems?

If she doesn't listen to you have your parents tell her to stop...that's plain out rude. If she doesn't listen disconnect the phone, turn off the ringer, or just hide the phone. Lets see if she can call at 3 a.m.,

Block her phone number so she won't call at all. And if she calls from a diff number or comes by don't answer
