lots of reasons, very personal to her. If her husband expresses remorse and wants to repair the damage his infidelity has caused, and promises to get counseling to help his wife get through the horror of being deceived, and if his actions are sincere and he stops seeing others immediately, why would a woman not take back a man she hopes to share her future with? The cheating person has a lot of making up to do. It is best to let the couple decide if their marriage is worth saving. Inlaws and friends should not get involved with these very personal issues within a marriage that is not theirs.

I'm with the instinct thing, u know when man had no idea or perception, the only instinct we held was"survival" unfortunately this includes trying to plant ur seed as much as possible to insure ur bloodline stays alive. So the more mates a man had the better the amount of breed produced, girls, we just have to either join them, or tell em see u laterz, there still are a few good ones who are monogamous if that 's what u want, but if they do it once they'll always do it especially if u keep coming back, I know but now I've been with my new one for a year and he's a one woman man.

This woman must really love him too much or scared in know what to do. If your this woman, you need to leave him and move on. He is not man enough. I'm sure there is someone for you or you might just be better by yourself for a while. Please leave him, your only hurting yourself. He keeps doing it because this woman keeps forgiving him and thinking he won't do it again. Just leave him no man is worth staying with if he's cheating on you.

Maybe she loves him and it doesn't matter that much if he's cheating. Think about it, 50 years ago, it was not only acceptable, but expected to have a mistress. This monogamy thing is kind new and goes against our instinct.

Because he said the right things when he got caught, exactly what she wanted to hear and she believed him. she probably has low self esteem, is afraid to fail, fearful of being alone, and loves him.

Read this:

RADICAL HONESTY, by Brad Blanton, PhD.

Go to the library!

Bottom line: You don't stay with him unless you want him to keep cheating on you. In that case, join him for a threesome.

For the same reason some women marry prisoners and stay married to abusers: low self esteem and/or emotional abuse.
