The government, Marilyn know to much about politics.
There was a interview with Peter Lawford (brother in law of JFK !) a month before Lawford died(he died of a heart attack....)he told Marilyn was murdered.

Concerned friends of Bobby Kennedy. Whether Feds, mob, etc. She was potentially a black eye on his run for president. Or maybe she really did overdose. She was the death of Clarke Gable by the way...she gave him a fatal heart attack from stressing him out on set.
