Not if you say your sister lost it. Say someone broke into your house and stole and possibly. Go check your warranty or apple.com and see their official rules.

I might pass with the iPod contact in view that of effortless contact-reveal navigation and a satisfactory measurement reveal. The reveal measurement is superb for gambling movies at the pass. The song sounds exceptional by way of the headphones, however you'll handiest use the headphones that pop out of the field, no different headphones will are compatible. 8GB is not particularly that so much, however should you dont desire to make use of plenty of reminiscence, 8GB will likely be okay. If you desire to get a less expensive iPod pass with the conventional, however i do endorse the contact.

apple doesn't even help if the damn thing breaks. but my insurance agent told me that it could be covered under your renter's or homeowner's insurance, but you would have to pay the deductible, which is usually almost as much as replacing the ipod, but if it's low enough i'd do it.
