I lost the second disk for the sims 2 nightlife anybody know if i can download it anywhere?

No. Try buying it online used, that way you dont have to spend a lot of money rebuying it.

Try bit torrent...its easy once get the right client...just download it then wait as it downloads the actual file. Go to thepiratebay.com and look for 'Sims 2 nightlife' and you should find something. when in doubt...shop on eBay...and find someone else's copy. This could (as stated before) save you money instead of buying a new one.

It's best if you contact the game company support staff. If you can proof that you have a legal copy of the game and place the claim that you have lost your disc, you may receive a replacement disc for a minimal charge fee for that disc.
