End of the world? Not yet. More terrible events will come before the end of the world. Read the Bible and you'll find out what I'm talking about. It's in Matthew 24. These things have been predicted long time ago. The fulfillment of these prophecy are happening now.

When I was a teenager in the 70's, I worried about World War III. Everyone did. We were in a Cold War with Russia and many of us were sure the Russians would drop a bomb on us at any time. When I was 19, it got so bad I was crying about it one night and my Mom asked me what was wrong. When I told her, she told me that when she was a teen and young adult during World War II, they felt the same way. The bombs being used were very powerful (even without the nuke that was dropped on Hiroshima) and they thought we could all go at any time. Throughout history, going way back, people have thought the end of the world must be coming soon because everything seemed to be falling apart. There were the Crusades, the small pox epidemics, plagues, religious persecutions, and many, many wars. I'm not saying it absolutely won't happen. I'm just saying you need to try to keep it in perspective. I too have been nervous lately, thinking about the idea of Muslim Extremists getting possession of nuclear bombs and killing us all. After all, if they will fly planes into buildings in the stongest (militarily) country in the world, why would they not use nukes on us? But then I remember that we thought the same way about the Russians till not very long ago. We thought they were crazy enough to use them. The fact is, I don't think any one is going to be crazy enough to use them, even the radical Muslims. Here's a prayer useful for any religion: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

There are fates worse than death. Living in a world where you pledge allegiance to Allah to prevent your head being removed is one of them. Another is living in constant fear of annihilation. We can't live in a 'Finding Nemo' world where all bad things are all better by the time the movie is over. People die. Sometimes bad people do bad things and we must take reasonable steps to prevent them, but we don't stop living and enjoying what we have because of worry that we might lose our freedoms or our lives. That too, is a fate worse than death. Vote for people you believe will do what's required to keep us safe, then go on with your life and let them do the worrying for you.
The big whirligig that keeps the news people in business is the political disagreement over what course of action keeps us safest. If you are that bothered by the process, take a break, step away from the TV and go bake some cookies.
The last I checked the mortality rate for the human race was 100%. Nobody gets out alive. In the end, we all die. Get prepared, then go on about your business. Enjoy what you have while you have it. Know that you will one day meet your Maker, so try to live a life you won't be ashamed of when you do meet Him. Hug those close to you a lot. Try to make everyone you meet a little happier for the encounter. Know enough about the concerns of the day to be able to give an answer for the decisions you make in voting and let the rest roll right off your shoulders.

Well now! Let's see what the current conditions are! Russia has sent in battleships and possibly nuke subs into the mediterranean sea near Syria, The US has the Turkish borders set up with missile defectors and probably special forces. Israel is bombing arms shipments in Syria. Lebanon is getting shelled from hezzbollah, and northern Israel is getting bombed from Lebanon. Iran is very close if not already there to having nuclear missiles ready to shoot off at Israel. The US has BattleShips there in the Persian Gulfl, with sodiers ready for battle at any time. Mean while, China is setting up ists naval battle ships in the sea of japan, and fixing to fight Japan over them islands. North Korea is firing off short range rockets towards Japan, and gettig ready for the big one. All the countries involved in WW3 are alrready set up for the fight, and just waiting for the first strikel. I kon'g know about you, but to me, that sounds like starting of a WW3,and it's just a mtter or time.l

Don't worry. Their are a lot of nuts running around but when all is said and done their are really 3 big guys in the world. The USA, China and Russia. None of those 3 are going to let any of the little guys mess it all up for them. They might not get along all the time, they might not want either one to be that much more powerful than the other two but none of them want Iran or North Korea to have them by the b@11s. Besides we might be hit by a meteorite tomorrow or a bus!!!!.

Cia, sera, sera. What ever will be, will be. Don't sweat the small stuff. If we nuke the heck out of the world no body will be here to think about it anyway. But I don't think that WW III will be an all out nuke fight when it happens. That would cause Wall Street to have to close and interfere with too many golfers. We can't destroy the planet anyway. Just kill most of the human/animal/plant life. If the worse case scenario takes place. We'll just have to hope we get it right the next time around. ......... relax.

There is a song by Taj Mahal that reads as follows:
Annie's lover was a big old man an African man who never spent much time worrying about the peoples in the biggg citiie.at on a hillside playing his guitar and watching the whole thing come down in harmony!
Annie's over was a big old man he was a farming man. Never spent much time worrying bout the people in the big city. Cause all he did know about was the cows and the chickens, the pigs and the horses, and the big, big mountians, and the blue skies and the waters and the ducks that fly high. He sat on a hillside playing his guitar watching the whole thing come down in harmony!
Become like Annie's lover!

If they don't, I will.
WW3 is inevitable, WMD's are all over the place, polution corruption and hatred have consumed this earth. The only way to rid of these problems is to annihilate it from the root up. Sorry girl, but these things are matters that alot of people don't understand.

This isn't really the cold war. The wars going on are as hot as can be. Do not worry though, its beyond our control. Half of the people here are like the Germans of the 1940's, very nationalistic and ready for war. The other half are like u and me.
