i am beautiful. i know because i've been told many times and i do get those stares from men. but honestly, i am the type that hardly wears any makeup on. i just apply pressed powder and natural-looking lipstick and i never had my eyebrows plucked.

So you come on to talk about the woman men think are beautiful but are really monsters under their face paint? Please. If you are so beautiful, have a higher self esteem. There is no need to put other people down. Im a naturally beautiful woman but I also see so much beauty in majority of people. And for woman who wear a lot of makeup, so what? It makes them feel beautiful so let them be. Your question was okay until you went on to talk about yourself. Do not compare yourself to others. You are no better or worse than anyone else. There are days I go out and pile the cosmetics on. Do I need it? No, but I feel good getting dolled up and feeling like a movie star. Im not trying to be mean but I feel as women, we should be beside each other saying we are all beautiful.

No doubt that makeup matters but if ones looks are good without makeup then i do not think that she requires make up in fact without makeup a persons skin remain free from different type of chemicals. The makeup as safe guard against ever changing weather however is the compulsion otherwise its OK.

You're lucky. I think most women who are beautiful don't wear much makeup at all. I always wear very natural looking makeup, but I think that I'm kinda scary in the morning when I first wake up and have none of it on. But when I went on vacation, I wore no makeup and all these guys kept telling me how beautiful I was and were flirting with me.

The makeup helps with a camera and on tv because the way light works. Besides they are not moving in pictures and you have more time to find blemishes etc
You may be beautiful, but so is about .1% of women. Beauty is in the way someone moves and the smile and their manners. When they can't do that , makeup helps

Hell yeah!! It crossed my mind, everyday and night of every moments when i see a gorgeous natural beauty women without make ups, i would lose my jaw out of my socket bone other than women wearing makeups that ends up looking like Elvira .

Consider yourself lucky my dear. Not everyone is that blessed, if make-up boost someone confidence, why not. Besides, it takes more than just facial attributes to be beautiful.

yeah........my teacher lol......she likes to makeup but when she doesn't makeup ahhhh.....she looks very ugly so she makeup everyday in the office in the class too lol

I totally agree... Occasionally it is nice to wear a little make-up..but if you buy the cheap stuff it clogs your pores quite badly...
