yes, in my case, i am charting to try to optimize my chances of *getting* pregnant and this month (due to fasting) i ovulated over a week later than usual (which will mean my menses, if i get it, will be over a week "late" compared to other, more regular cycles) Of course, am hoping that i am pregnant inshallah, but that doesnt answer your question lol!! So, yes, fasting and any stress in fact can interupt even the most regular of cycles! Eid mubarak :)

Yes, I think it can. Change in diet or excersize can change your cycle's timing. A lot of athletes periods acutally stop for months because of the excersize and diet.
If you think you may be pregnant, take a pee test.
