talk to the county prosecuting attorney and tell him the guy hasn't paid child support & you want to file charges against him

First, I would get a new Attorney ASAP! Go to Child Enforcement, for a fee they would love to go after a dead beat dad. Look on your computer for other resources, I am sure there are many. It may cost a small fee, but I think you will get the ball rolling. Call the Internal Revenue, they will also garnish his Income Tax returns if he owes you child support. Your Lawyer sounds flaky. Good luck, your child deserves the help from the sperm donor!

call the place of work that handles your case and ask them to envision the order. If the OAG's ordr exhibit screen has withholding checked "Y" then have the officer deliver one to his corporation. Ask them to fax it. If he's behind ask them to report enforcement action on him. i seek for any 3 months of funds which have not been paid .If he develop into no longer ordered through the court to have it come without delay from his examine he remains in charge for making those funds on his personal. Ask the sphere place of work to placed him on probation and then reformatory him if he won't be able to or gained't make his funds on time.

SAME SITUATION! I had to write the court a petion on my own requsting a child support evaluation/inccrease. I would suggest you do that and if your atty refuses, I would sat you need another one. In my case, the courts turned it over to DHR who assigned me a acase worker and ot cost me nothing..If you would like to talk, leave me a comment, and we can exchamge email..or IM me.. Good luck..

Get another lawyer! If you're not satisfied with the tempo of your case, then get someone who will tailor better to your needs for what you want. You can go to social services and report him, but I would recommend you talk to them and get another lawyer that is concerned with your issue. It's your money so make it count.
