A few days ago, I was on the computer listening to iTunes. I got off for a while then I got back on and it didn't work again. When I double click or press play, the little speaker shows up but the time stays at 0:00. This has happened before and my friend fixed it but I don't know how he did it and he doesn't remember. What should I do?

I can only assume you are using iTunes on a P.C.!?
I Hope you Backed up your iTunes onto a Portable hard Drive?(For just such an event??)
Re install your Your iTunes-If that doesn't work-Then sounds like you need a Mac!!

if you bring files in from another program... Not on Itunes... then sometimes you have to export library to locate the songs in your computer.. songs not on i tunes.. so under file >export library>save.>yes then your library should be updated and all music files will play .. . good luck
