First, your interviewer will know this is new to you, so don't worry. But here are tips for interviewing, regardless of how old you are or how many jobs you've had.
Have an answer to the following questions:
What are three adjectives that describe you?
What are your best qualities?
What are your worst qualities? - try to think of "good" negative qualities like "I like to understand how everything works together so sometimes I ask a lot of questions."
Since this is a job at school, be prepared to answer what you fav subject is and why? What's your least fav subject and why?
Your answers should be no more than 2-3 sentences each. Take a breath between each answer.
Look your interviewer in the eye at all times.
Don't fidget. Sit in the chair with your back against the back of the chair, cross your legs at the ankles with your knees knees pointing forward.
Rest your hands lightly in your lap.
Show emotion, you haven't been sent to the principals office so don't look scared or stone-faced.
Be prepared to ask a question about the job - it shows you're interested.
Tell him/her the job really sounds interesting (lets them know you still want the job after you've been told everything); ask if he/she thinks you're qualified.
Thank him/her for their time.
I know this sounds like a long list but these are the most commonly asked questions. Having the answers will make you sound prepared and confident.
Good luck!

Before your interview, learn as much about the school and school district as possible. This will enable you, during the interview, to ask some pertinent questions, and show that you have really taken an interest in the job and in the community.
During the interview, make sure you use good English. The person interviewing you is acutely aware that you will be role-modeling speaking skills for your students.
One way to bolster self-confidence is to go into the interview with the idea that it will be an enjoyable experience--that you actually will be having fun!
Be sure NOT to ask about how much the job pays--your interviewer will almost certainly tell you this at some point. If, by the end of the interview, he/she hasn't mentioned salary, then it will be OK to ask, tactfully.
Smile! Good luck!

I conduct interviews weekly, the people that stand out the most are the ones who talk to me one on one, as if they are my friend. Im never impressed with, Im great at this and I can do that and im the best, also people who sit there and cant answer a simple question such as, why do you want to work here, you would'nt believe the responses to that.
Just be yourself, treat the interviewer as your equal and have some answers prepared in your head before hand and you will do fine.
The questions I ask are...Tell me something you like about yourself.
Tell me something you dislike about yourself.
where do you see yourself in 5 years
how would you handle a stressful situation.
what would you do if you are bored at work and have nothing to do.
how do you get along with others.
all general questions, but the way there put across to me is what secures the job, good luck and RELAX :)

Lets hope this helps. Sleep good, eat breakfast, but not too much, also do not eat like onions or garlic or something that has a strong smell. Sometimes just a bowl of cereal will do fine. As far as dressing up, DO NOT wear short skirts. The best bet would be to wear black dressing pants. Also, no cleavage. Take your mind off of what you're going to do, how you're going to do. Prepare yourself with some possible answers and questions, but once you do so, keep busy with something else.

don't worry too much about being nervous, as long as you give a good interview and answer questions with confidence, and also make the interviewer feel like you are really excited about the job and u want to go far with the company. i was really nervous on my first job interview too and i still got the job so dont let it worry you too much!!

Just have self confidence and it will be easy. If you really believe you are meant for the job, you will get it.
