Different methods, it depends on their condition.
Not too bad 1)Use a duster. 2)Use the dust attachment of a vacuum. Meduim dirty - 3) Use a damp micro fiber cloth and turn the blinds all the way down so they lay flat and wipe clean then turn them all the way up and wipe clean. (The dirtier the blinds the damper the micro fiber needs to be), 4) if no micro fiber use Murphy's Oil Soap and your regular cleaning cloths, follow the directions on the bottle for the dilution ratio and follow with a clean dry cloth. Really dirty? 5)Use either of the cloths above and wipe clean each individual slat or take it off the window and put outside on a plastic drop cloth and spray with a solution of Murphy's Oil Soap then dry each slat with clean cloth or 6) I have held them over the bath tub and sprayed them, then laid them on some clean towels while I dried the slats. The important thing is to remember they are wood and treat them like fine furniture.

You Need two Soft Cloths-One Damp and one dry!
Use a Solution of Mild Dish Soap in warm water.

Then you wet & Dry Wipe each Slat individually-Lot of elbow grease and time, but worth it!!
