It is not a crime as long you know the line between flirting and socializing...but it is inadvisable

are you afraid you might get arrested and go to jail for flirting with other guys? unless you are doing it out in the street at night, then it is not a crime. come on, get a life. You shouldn't be doing it if you really love your bf that is overseas on deployment. Unless you want to leave him. then just tell him first and then flirt all you want. You won't be worrying about it too much then.
