Where can I find the a blog from the management consultant working for Mckinsey, BCG or Bain ...? I would like to know some details about life & working situation in these firms. Thanks.

Check out www.vault.com. There are message boards, salary surveys (http://www.vault.com/nr/consulting_rankings/2006/_consulting_salaries_july2005_promo.html) and other information left by current and formal associates.
If you want an unsolicited opinion, given the opportunity to choose one I would go with McKinsey. Pay your dues with them for a few years, you can write you ticket to pratically any company you want.
