Im trying to locate a website www.avuedigitalservices.com/aoc/applicant.html to apply for a job?

The website that yahoo is sending me to today is not the correct one.When I tried the website yesterday it was correct but today it wont allow the correct page.The website is for users who is already employed at the Architect Of the Capitol or already have an username and password. I just want to finish my application so that I would at least be considered for the job for which I'm trying to achieve.
