I tend to read a lot of books during the day when I have free time. However I'm growing tired of damaging my covers and risking leaving them in class. Does anyone know of a PDA or similar electronic device that would be good for holding a few e-books? Thank you

This is what you want...the Sony E-reader...:

right now, it is only grey scale. I'm hoping that some other manufacturer will make one that accepts all e-book formats like .lit, .pdf, etc.

There's also the Iliad at this link:

and one more, the Rocket Ebook:

Until then, this is what you've got.

BTW, these things can hold several dozen ebooks.

definite i admire revealed books too. some examine have got here across that folk remind revealed books extra ideal than e-books. additionally the actuality that an e-e book won't be able to be offered or given away after that is study additionally reduces the perceived fee of the product. i in my view hate the actuality that e-books are increasing in popularity by time. i'm hoping that the era of the revealed books won't end quickly.

I like the Palm Tungsten E2. I bought an open box one from palm.com and it was cheaper than a new one with no significant blemishes.
