I credit the idea to my mother: she used to think that the birth control should be in the water, and you should have to prove yourself worthy to reproduce in order to get the 'antidote'.
But she thought about it and improved on the idea: Just put the birth control in the beer. That'll take care of most of the problems right there.

Yes, definitely. I know just how to do it, too. Give each household an annual dividend in the form of free lottery tickets, but reduce the number for each child born. So the fewer kids you have, the better your chances for "winning big". The only people who will buy into this load of crap are the very ones who desperately need to stop reproducing, before the entire planet is overrun by morons. Okay, before it is further overrun by morons.

Actually that' s a great idea.. People in general should be able to reproduce, but the idea of obtaining a license that must be somehow qualified for in order to reproduce is a sound one..
Most people shouldn't have children, or even pets..
Society is getting dumber.. Read Steve Allen's book about the dumbing down of America..
Go to Berkeley University, and see the high percentage of
Asians there.. They are focused, they study , they have goals.. Things are changing.. What is up with stupid people is that they are breeding, creating an increasing number of themselves, and that is not about to stop.. it's getting a lot worse. Don't you think?

Stupidity is the quality or condition of being stupid, or lacking intelligence, as opposed to being merely ignorant or uneducated. This quality can be attributed to both an individual himself (e.g. Penny Person is stupid.) or his actions, words or beliefs (e.g., Penny Person's policies are stupid.). The term can thus also refer to poor use of judgement, or insensitivity to nuances in a person who is otherwise intelligent. The determination of who is stupid is relatively difficult, despite attempts to measure intelligence (and thus stupidity) such as IQ tests. The adjective is also used as a general pejorative. (e.g., I didn't borrow your stupid cap - go look for it yourself.)
Synonyms for stupid include idiotic, moronic, imbecilic and retarded. The use of "dumb" can also be used to indicate stupid, but it has other frequently used connotations, including deafness and ignorance.

Now wouldn't that be lovely. But you did hit the nail on the head. It's the mentally challenged that seem to think that their big purpose in life is to add lots of offspring to this overcrowded, polluted, dying planet. Oh well, another 40 years and I'm outta here. And I didn't contribute a single offspring. Don't thank me, just send money. I think an annual tax credit of $75,000 for couples choosing not to have children is in order.

Don't take yourself so seriously...there is far too much of that going on outside in the "real" world. Just have some fun here once in a while.

Being stupid is such a relative term. What's stupid for some of us is actually not for others. So after all who cares, have fun, don't be so up tight. Chill ...
