I live near the Los Angeles airport, and there are loud noises that have been happening for about 5 straight minutes that shake my house. It sounds like great big cannons are being shot or something, and there are helicopters circling in the sky. Any ideas? Anyone know where I can find up to the minute news info for the area?

I live near Los Angeles too and nothing is happening here, However the weather forecast says there may be thunderstorms in the area North of Los Angeles, so you could possibly be experiencing a thunderstorm.
