NO. Just bending microwaves. If you looked at the object they tested it on you would see it clearly however, if you could see in the microwave range then you would see a faint image. Long ways to go.

I do not think so, but there is a rumor that Einstein helped the US military develop a completely transparent boat. It is supposed to have gone wrong, disappeared off the northern coast of the US, and re-appear around Florida. However, suposedly, people on the ship reappeared in between walls and floors. According to believers, the US government is "denying" it.

Anyway, it's called the Philadelphia Experiment, and some people believe it, maybe you'll enjoy looking it up.

Not really. I read the article about the device that can bend microwaves around something to make it appear invisible, but they also said it wasn't very successful and couldn't be used to make large things invisible yet.

Yes and no.
I say yes because the military is working on a new combat suit.
I read about it in Popular Mechanics.
It is outfitted with tiny micro cameras on the front, back, and sides.
The combat suit is made up of a fiber that can project what is behind you in the front and vice versa.

No, but they are devising ways (which had not been declassified) to cloak an object. Similar to how they have designed a stealth bomber to deflect radar, they are doing that to small objects that aren't designed special. According the the AP, they have done it with a small copper cylinder.
