I have a HP Pavilion s7500e desk top. The hp 5610 all-in-one fax, copier, scanner. the scanner is showing erro

I can not scan. I've deleted the entire program and reloaded, still the same problem. I'm told that a connection is loose. I've checked the lines dozens of times. I don't know what to do, HELP

Mine did the same thing. I reloaded also, Found that when I unplugged the all the wires and plugged them back in, It started working, Had dust in the connector I assume

Click this link and update your drivers. Get some electrical contact cleaner and spray a little on each connection, but don't overdo it.
