He is teasing you. Brothers do that. Just ignore him. When he gets dressed up, tell him that he looks like a rock star.

my brother is gay just like that! im 13 and he is 16, and he is always bugging me when i put it on. he always says "you shouldnt wear make-up, you look better without it" even tho i look like crap. and then other times he is plain mean about things and says "i wish they never invented make-up so then you can see which girls are really pretty" siighh....boys dont get it. girls need certain things to make us feel pretty =] dont worry about your brother. they just like to annoy you.

I think it's his way of saying you look sexy--attractive.-he doesn't know how else to say it cause he IS your brother. I think he is teasing you without any real malice behind it.
