what kind of av receiver for tv surround?

What the highest quality for lowest money, and what are the keys things to look for when shopping 4 1

An AV Receiver has a Built in FM/AM Tuner!(Do you need that?)
Or do you want to concentrate on Surround sound Quality?

Sony and Yamaha do very Good Surround Amplifiers/Processors.

Depending on the size of your room,and how loud you will have it are all considerations.(On a Standard room 25feet by 35 Feet)
30 watts Per Channel is More than enough to fill that room with sound!

Go for a 5.1 System with Dolby Digital.
This will contain a LEFT,RIGHT,CENTER,2 REAR SURROUNDS and a SUB WOOFER.

Try and put the Sub Woofer behind the TV for best effects.
