if im not mistaken they had one called merchants.com so you can try that. if not try typing in the resturant or the store and they should have a website and if they do then try to see if they have any links or taskbars that will take you to where you can make a complaint a comment . I know were im from they have a 1800 # where you can call and complain. i hope this helps.

You can also report bad experiences to the Zagat people. I know they have a website but I'm not quite sure what it is. I'm sure you could google it.

Yahoo has a rating system. I have called the chamber of commerce and the health dept. to get the owner's name, etc.
