There are several factors to consider in this dilema. First are they aggresive? Do they do any thing other than pass through? Most likely you are just gifted with the third eye sight. It is nothing to be afraid of. In some people it is just like an every day thing. It might be that they are there for your help. They might need help in crossing over, they might have a message for someone. Then again, like I said they may just be passing through. No matter what do not be afraid. If they are aggressive then you need to banish them. But my guess would be (without further info), that they are just passing through.

nothing to worry about who dosnt
fear no evil ,are they saying any thing good
they are quite powerless
some are mere empty astral shells ,others but random thought patterns ,you will see the difference in time
need to get rid of them just sprinkle with water
dont panic prayer helps ,light makes em disolve think light at em like space invaders
