Simple answer they don't want to go against other Mulims if they are fighting the US or Israel. For any other reason they are quite happy killing each other, on a regular basis.

Ha! That's the funniest joke I have heard this week. Muslims have been killing Muslims (as well as others) for centuries and they will never stop. It is in their nature to destroy each other. Iraq will never be united because the people really do not want to be united. They want to be led by a strong ruler who tells them what to do and this is the way it has been for centuries. Break off the northern part of Iraq and let the Kurds have it. Give the Kurds weapons, etc. and then let Saddam return and turn Iraq into a nice peaceful place where the only excitement is a daily beheading and several hangings.
