I don't know the name of this song all i know is part of the chorus " i follow you , you follow me" its a newer song a rock song i have no freaking clue wat it could be someone help.

I am pretty sure the song is "Follow Me," by Breaking Benjamin...I have the song so I'm pretty sure. Hope this helps you out some, I know I hate when I get a song in my head, that I don't know the name of.
