After much suffering & research I discovered My Body was dehydrated. I needed to recognize the bodies call for water.
Good clean filtered water. I went on a 30 day challenge... half of my body weight equals the minimum amount of ounces in water intake required to rehydrate per day e.g. 200 lb person requires min. 100 ounces of good filtered water in a day.

I read an article, once, about a family of whom all were afflicted with sinus problems. They went the route of medicines: OTCs and Prescription. Relief was minimal and problems returned once they quit taking the meds. They decided to try a different method, altogether...the holistic approach. They drank lots of water, and fruit juices, stayed away from any foods and beverages that would cause excess mucous to accumulate in the sinuses (heavy meats, milk, etc.) and their sinus problems were resolved. I would say that's a pretty natural cure.

This will probably sound weird. I tried drinking a solution of hydrogen peroxide (food quality and like 3 drops in a cup of distilled water). I actually was trying it for arthritis, because a friend told me it would work. It didn't work for arthritis for me but cleared up my sinitus.

It tastes terrible even in such a small amount and had some odd side effects, like it made me break out something terrible especially around the lymph nodes in my neck. Sometimes the cure is worse the illness.

Anyway, it is considered dangerous, only to be handled with gloves and goggles. It makes me wonder, how natural is that? Still it is considered natural according to the reading. It is a good topic to search before using. I don't really recommend it because it tastes so terrible, it was a waste of money for me. http://www.frequencyrising.com/hydrogen_peroxide.htm and http://www.silvermedicine.org/h2o2.html

I have had sinus problems for over twenty years. The salt water in your nose may help, so does a hot washcloth over your nose and cheekbones. They are just temporary measures. I have used the Similasan Sinus Relief Spray and it has helped more than anything else. When my sinuses act up, I use the spray as often as I need to and within a few days, my sinuses are better and they stay better for weeks.

using a mixture of a little salt and a little baking soda to flush out your sinuses works , the baking soda keeps the salt from making your sinuses feel like they are burning. there are special nozzles you can get that go on a water pick to flush sinus cavities. You can also get little packets already mixed up with the irrigating bulb included for about ten dollars at the pharmacy. Did you know that if you have multiple sinus infections etc you might have also gotten a sinus yeast infection,go to a site like candida.com and check out a few so you will know more about the yeast infection and how you get it. candida is another name for yeast infection.

rinsing out your sinuses with warm salt water really helps to break up the infection & help the sinuses drain. It also moistens the mucus membranes & helps remove pus.
Use 1/3 teaspoon of table salt to 1 cup of warm water. I use a small bulb syringe for this. Lean over the sink & flush out each side of your nose. Be sure to clean the syringe after each use.
Do it! You'll feel better!

To simplify "Dr Soul's" answer, please do NOT take belladonna with out strict supervision from a practitioner, it is DEADLY poison in the wrong hands! If you just have a simple headache, White Willow Bark capsules (2 caps every 4 hours) will do the trick. Make sure you are using the whole herb variety of capsule. If you are using standardized dosing, follow the directions on the bottle to the letter. If you are suffering from migraine headaches, Feverfew tincture under the tongue will solve your problem. This plants nick-name is Migraine-few! If these don't work for you, but I have no indication to think they won't, please email me & we can "discuss" it further. Good Luck!

esberitox and sinupret have been tried with some success. You may have to search for a supplier on the internet.
