is doing stretching is necessary and should we have to do it both before and after exercise or doing it only before exercise can do the work

You should always strectch before and after excersise setion. Holding each strectch for 10 seconds warming up and 15-20 for cool down.

just slowly warm up your body, getting the muscles and tendants used to the workout, do some slow jogs or some long stretches...aftyer your work out stretching isnt really necessary, but slow down your excersices each step at a time rather than just stopping. this is apparantly how you do it so i was told by my friends pe trainer!

Make sure you warm-up and cool-down, stretch any tight areas after your workout, and you can stretch between sets-it'll actually help with your lifts.
