Get yourself pierced... color your hair into yellow+purple... and wear get some erasable Dracula tattoo.
I'm not sure how well everyone will take it.. but I, personally, will run 1000 feet away.

Hm, if you are having challenge, take a look at Spirit Halloween. All you have to do is google it; cross to females's costumes and seem via the attractive or playboy costumes. I'm certain you'll be able to uncover whatever; I recognize I did.
