I don't know whether you have read this story in your school.
Once, a sheep and a wolf were drinking water at a river. The wolf, seeing the sheep went near it and began quarrelling with it, that the sheep's forefathers have scolded the wolf. When, the sheep said what can it do, the wolf ate it telling that it has to pay the price for the sins of its forefathers. The story runs like that.

The present situation in India, runs on the lines of this story. It is true, that the backward and the poor should get proper education and jobs, so that they too come forward. But, the Government, instead of bringing them up, taking others down, in the name of social justice.

Supreme court recently told that the creamy layer in SC should not be considered for reservation. But, all parties are against it and some of them commented on this ruling. In such circumstances, how could you expect that equal justice will be provided in this country?

Every political party in this country is creating vote banks for their survival. No one is interested in the uplifted of the country. By these reservations, they are taking the country backward. If they really were interested in uplifting the SC/ST, they would have been given good education from the primary school itself. But, they want to keep these groups, in the same position, so that they could reap the benefit, in the name of social justice.

When all these politicians are shot dead, and a level headed statesman type leader leads this country, only then we can expect equal justice. But, I think it is like building castle in the air.

Equality is a myth that all of us like to believe and every sane and noble minded person likes to preach. Taking a view of not only justice but the concept of 'equality' as a whole, while it is noble to preach and we must strive hard to come as close as we can to achieve it, we must understand that it is not possible to achieve equality in any sphere of life.
No matter how harsh or absurd this might sound, remember Darwin's Theory of Survival of the Fittest. Only the strong ones (or probably rich ones in this case) survive and the rest will perish. So at best we can only strive to minimize the inequality but it will never be eliminated no matter what.

Equality is a difficult proposition as long as there is a diversity amongst the people, with different language and culture and other differences in the society. Even the constitution of India provides for exceptions to the right to equality. These exceptions should not become too many.

On paper it is still existing, but practically it will never,(only miracles are expected)

Our leaders are partial and greedy.
our officers are coward, useless.
our citizens are brainless.
How can we hope for such day, even we don't deserve.
