I need help on how i would go about making a bonfire on South Beach. It's for my best friend's 18th birthday. Me and my other friend are planning something on the beach at night, and i'm not sure if i need a permit to make a bonfire, and if i do, how do i get one? If you can help me, i would greatly appreciate it.
