We're not talking about places but countries.Then Canada as more than half isin artic region.Next would be Greenland,for the same reasons.Probably Iceland would be next.So I think Canada,Greenland and Iceland

antartica and siberia i think i know positive they are the coldest places in the world and mt everest i am not sure thow
