You really need to talk to a professional about whether you can really get your hair blond if it's black naturally. You could end up with orange or yellow hair. As for your eyebrows, they'd need to be lightened if you did go blond. That's easy to do.

trust me, i knew a girl who did that
she was made fun of all year
u should deffinately tint your eyebrows to match your hair
but u need to do it at a salon or your eyebrows could turn a funny color (usually turns orange for some reason)
i have heard that mannny times

Yes... I think it would...you should do your eyebrows as well....if you don't want to dye your eyebrows blond do a light brown... You could do it in a semi-permanent color just to test it or you could bleach them... I would say talk to your stylists to see what would be better for you personally..

yes. at least lighten you eyebrows to a lighter brown. if ur doing it urself, then u can add some of the dye to a clean mascara wand and leave it on for about 10 minutes.

Depends. Everyone looks different, if your ugly then yeah it'll look weird. But if you're pretty there may be a chance it will look ok.

yes, you don't have to dye them the same color as your hair but, it wouldn't hurt to bleach them a little. but really if your natural color is black isn't blond a little extreme?

Yeah...it'll look funny....unless you have thin eye brows and then you might be able to get away with it.
