I was married to this man for seven yrs.I had a child from a previous marriage.He was very mentally abusive to her.Well in the mean time we had a baby of our own.But in the course of the marriage i found out that he was bi-sexual.So when we were together sexually that was what got him hot and very aroused was to talk about these things.I found them very repulsive because he wanted me in the center of these things.I mean this is not normal t me.When you love someone you are only with that person.Things like that shouldnt come up.Well we divorced and he continued on with his man thing and porn.We got back together for a short while,I found out that he was taking pictures up close of private areas when i was asleep.He was putting them on discs and putting on his computer.To make it short we have departed and I am remarried but we have joint custody of the child and he wont follow the order of visitations.What do I do/he just keeps moving and I dont even know where she .

does he have the child?? You need to report this if he has these tendencys and he has the child. The last thing you want is for HER picture to wind up on the net. I am sorry for your matters of love and how they have worked out. I hope things will be better for you now. Please do what you can to help you r child

was his name Kevin? no just joking i was in a 8 year relationship with a man I had a child when we met we had a daughter together he later told me he was BI we broke up twice before i let him GO for good. My ex has never tried to get visiting nor pay support has not seen our child since she was 5.5 years old. ANYHOW it is illegal not to follow a court ordered visit he can be held in contempt for not following it call legal aid ask there advice. IF HE HAS her still call a lawyer and seek advice I'D NEVER ALLOW MY NUT BALL EX ALONE WITH MY KID.

Where she what? If your child is in danger, don't let him see her and tell child services or whatever it's called in your country. Keep a diary of each occasion he does something wrong, as evidence. Your childs safety is the most important thing. Who knows what she is subjected to when she is with him

Get a court order restricting his visitation to the presence of a guardian ad litem or similar social worker.

if it is filed through the freind of the court he has to follow the custody. Have you tried using these things aggainst him for custody? Good luck and I hope everthing works out for you

If he has the child, PLEASE contact the authorities. He should NOT have ANY custody. And ONLY supervised visitation.
If he does NOT have any visitation with the child, and YOU have her, then it would be best that he NEVER see her.
