I have the new yahoo toolbar and some how the pop up blocker isn't helping my poping up screens......there was this screen and it came out of no where and it said that i need this to help the page load but some how it led to poping up screens....is there a way that u can erase it...i have aim and somehow it affects how my messaging works....what would u do?

you need to run anti virus.ans spyware app. and addware scans.then popup blocker should wirk after you clean them.

I have problems with Yahoo toolbar so I always uninstall it right there at the toolbar.
What it does, it closes all my windows, even the Yahoo e-mail window. I am tired of repeating the same story to Yahoo that their toolbar is defective but their host seems to be too young to understand these things yet, so I won't waste my time with it anymore.
What I have for years is the GOOGLE toolbar and there is no problem at all with that.
GOOGLE is pretty good with POP-ups but I have a second option for intruders. Intruders are programs that self install everytime you accept free downloads.
Some downloads will tell you that they are spyware free. That's usually true. But most won't tell you, like the Screen Saver programs. They have so much spyware that it's almost a virus effect.
You also get spyware with free music sites or porno sites. Those also have plain Viruses that infiltrate your PC.
Be carefull with what you download to your PC. Don't open any Porno sites and avoid Music sites if they are unknown.
For spyware I have an excellent Free program that keeps my PC free of Spyware even while I surf the web. You do nothing, SPYWARE BLASTER takes care of my PC. I've had it for years now.
I also have a little program called CCleaner. I click on it every now and then while I'm surfing the net and it keeps my HD fast and free of trash and undesireble programs running in the back and all the trash that come with each site and web page.
All my programs are free but they ask for Donation now and then to keep their programs in the running. NOT BAD at all!
So, take your pick and decide what you want and what you need!

downloading Yahoo toolbar is like leaving a thousand dollars lay out on your desk and then putting a sign in front of your house saying your doors and windows are unlocked and there is lots of money in the house. uninstall yahoo toolbar and download spybot search and destroy and run it on your computer weekly.
