A 'luddite'.
It is derived from an early English 19th century movement (The Luddites) which was opposed to the introduction of new and revolutionary mechanised methods of carrying out factory processes. The Luddites were concerned that the demand for manual labour would fall and job losses occur. The group was allegedly led by a 'General Ned Ludd' - hence Luddites. By1817, and following arrests and imprisonments, the movement had ceased to operate in Britain.

Atychiphobia- Fear of failure.
I have problems with this - I hate to try new things because I don't like being wrong - feeling stupid. On the other hand, everything I do, I do very well. (I just don't do a lot of things!)
