It has got to be Paris Hilton. She does nothing to make herself likable and her attitude seems to be arrogant.

I think Lindsay Lohan is the brattiest celebrity.Mainly, because of the big story about the producer on her movie, "Georgia Rules" sending her a letter that said she was unable to show up on time.She also called in sick and was seen partying that same night. Who does she think she is, making some of Hollywoods biggest stars wait on her? She costs the movie thousands of dollars, and she is rude to anyone that crosses her path.

I've actually heard that Kirsten Dunst was a real snot.
I've also heard that Jessica Lange was absolutely unbearable to work with. Maybe that's why we never see her anymore.
