Italian does better job. What does it means to you?

I saw a person wore a black shirt and white text on it. I don't know why the person express its language phrase.

I think the Italian you saw was trying to advertise himself by saying "Italians are better at it!"

English doesn't seem to be his nor your forte, doesn't it?
