I went to a rental store and bought a 65inch screen T.V and I am paying for a couch and love seat. The sofa set was suppose to be new but one month after they brought it here things started going wrong with it and I have told them to fix it or bing me a new one , well they sent someone out here four times and have not fixed it yet any ideas what to do about it?

Tell them if the problem isn't corrected you will notify the Dept of Consumer Affairs in your state and the local Tv stations. That usually gets their attention right away.No one likes dealing with the Government and the bad publicity will hurt their wallet.

I am not sure what your problem is, but as far as electronics go, if you aren't shopping at Best Buy you are doomed from the get go. Faulty furniture you say? Well, what I would do is talk to a manager and say, "Listen up, buddy! I don't have time to lollygag around with you about some structurally challenged furniture you all are selling. So, I would appreciate it if you do yourself and myself a favor and get me something that works for crying out loud." Remember, though, that you must have the 'will flip out any second' tone in your voice and look on your face or else it won't work.

Well with a rental store like rent to own Nothing is actually new because alot of ppl rent them then let it go back so its basically rent for a bit and if your renting to own then your paying like 3times if not more for what you are getting i havent even got n e thing from a rent store but my friend did and they gave her a frigerader that already had dents and all that and they didnt even send the shelves for it If i was you i would talk to the manager and if they didnt replace the furniture or give you back what you payed into it i would tell them your getting a lawyer and then mabey they will get to work on a new one

well it looks as though you have had it for a month to use before problems occured. Maybe paying for it during the time it was useable is okay. If they don't want to replace it, tell them you want it picked up. Go some where else, there are plenty of fish in the sea. I worked in the furniture industry for 18 yrs. Don't pay for delivery tell them its the price they pay for doing business. The mark up on this stuff absorbs the cost. hope this was helpful.

Call and tell them to come get the sofa set now. Either they'll actually fix it right or get it back. You've been more than patient, actually, I'd say "too patient". If they don't get it fixed right asap, then give it back to them.
