It is the right of the manufacturer to inform the people of the products. You have no right to spread disinformation or misinformation. You shall indulge in any injury making action either to your rivals in the industry or to the people in general.

Under the Indian Constitution, every individual or organization has a right to promote his/her product to educate prospective consumers about the product as long it does not provide misinformation, hurt the sensitivities of people and is not harmful to anyone or any group or spread hatred towards anyone.

Everyone has the right to express; and advertising is included in this right. This comes under the head "Right to Freedom"

under our const. it provided that right to advertisment is part of trade which is our fundamental right and it has broder scope
