Umm he can be sometimes, i don't think he's hilarious tho... there was only a few times when he made me laugh really hard!! He's ok!!

Yeah he's funny but he's a little like Andy Kaufman, you have to be in the mood for him. A little goes a long way. If you were ever to indulge for too long you might run the risk of never being able to deal with him.
