What tests did they do? Did they draw blood and did you give urine samples for a urinalysis and urine for culture and sensitivity? Did they take swabs from the vagina? All these things help show any infection. The culture and swabs take at least 48 hours to incubate. If these test were done, contact your doctor/OBS to check the results. If you do have an infection, this increases your risk of premature labour. If they weren't done and you still feel ill, go back to labour and delivery.
Have you been sick with ANYTHING recently?

At that age he could either be teething or have an ear infection. Unfortunately, sometimes kids get fevers and we never find out the cause. At 16 months, my son had a fever ranging from 99.5 to 104.6 over a 4 day span. We never found out the cause. His doctor only advised us that it was not an ear infection or teething. He checked him out and found no signs of cold/flu. We also had a strep test done, and it came back negative. My son didn't want to eat much, but he did drink water. On the 4th day, we were absolutely desperate so we tried an old wives tale. This is going to sound weird, but within 15 minutes, his fever went from 104.6 down to 102.7. I put 5 egg whites in a bowl and mixed them with a fork, then I got 2 papertowels (still attached, but folded so it looked like one) and then folded it in half (looked like a rectangle). I dipped it in the egg white and got a pretty good amount on the towel. Next, I placed the towel on my son's foot (egg side on the bottom of the foot and the ends kind of laying across the top). Last, I wrapped some plastic wrap around his foot (just one layer - enough to have it hold the papertowel in place). I repeated this on the other foot. My husband just held my son in his lap for the time and we put on spongebob to distract him from his feet. After a few seconds, he forgot about them and just sat there watching tv. I rechecked his temperature after about 15 minutes or so, and I was shocked by the results. It may have been a HUGE coincidence, but I don't care. Next time he gets a high fever, I am trying this again! Good Luck! I hope you find out what is causing the fever, but if not, I hope you can find a way to bring it down.

Cutie, 101.3 isn't a HIGH fever. It will make you have chills and such. It also depends where you are taking your temperature. Under the arm, add a degree. In the mouth, ok. You do need to find out what is causing it. Usually, if you have a fever, you have an infection. Thats what a fever does, helps destroy the "germ".
Since you are pg, I would keep checking with the doctor, for the baby's sake to. Good luck. Pops

If doctor said that taking the Tylenol was ok, then no. Take it EARLY in the pregnancy and it may cause birth defects. Anyway, you might have a virus. Try taking a cool-not cold-bath, tepid water for twenty minutes. It's temporary, but you'll feel better, and put cool cloths on the back of your neck. The bath will cool your body down and the cloths will help keep you that way.
Don't take ANYTHING your doctor doesn't prescribe or anything you didn't at least talk to him/her about first.
Congrats on the baby and I hope that helps.

If you soak your feet in cold water and put cold cloths on your head and neck that should help your fever go away.
