Is what's good for taxes good for Iraq?

For decades, Republicans have been saying that if we cut taxes and give Congress less money to spend, it will force them to become fiscally responsible.

So why don't they want to cut troops to Iraq and force them to become militarily responsible?

If we do that before they are ready, it could cause a backlash. That could usher in a civil war. Maybe what Iraq needs is to hire a mercenary unit such as the French Foreign Legion. Could you imagine the Iraqi Foreign Legion?

Well, first to answer your first question, No, cutting US taxes is not good for Iraq. In fact I not sure if the two are related.

As far as cutting troops, if we had less police would we have less crime? Perhaps fewer crimes like assaults on police officers, but as a general rule, presents of police officers reduces the number of crimes.
