And I wash them with the rest of my clothes, are the rest of my clothes going to get spots of the marker of my pants?

i've done that before and so have a lot of my friends.
dont worry about it. permanent marker may fade but wont smudge off.

Permanet Marker does fade off of clothes but i don't know if it gets on the other clothes, especially if it's a large amount of ink. I wouldn't try it though so i recommend that you wash the jeans by themselves or some old clothes that you don't care about.

Just make sure it really is a permanent marker, use one of the better brands, if you do that, you should be fine. Make sure the ink is dry and there shouldn't be any transfer.

no there wont be any spots on your other clothes but there will be spots on your pants where the permanent marker was colored

easy, if you are in doubt, why not just try one wash with a WHITE tshirt that you do not use anymore, see if the colour runs. Cheers
