If the moon represents emotions and gemini, I think, is mutable air... then does this imply that I exprience a wide gamit of feelings albeit none of them to any real deep extent? I don't know, I just like to play with this stuff.

From Bob Marks Astrology:
The Moon in Gemini: gives an emotional need to communicate. Feelings and emotions tend to get communicated easily, sometimes too easily. This is frequently a defense against actually feeling. The mother probably talked a lot.

Another website:
The Moon (to react to) in Gemini (Versatile and Variable).

You are able to express your emotions in an appropriate way with others (versatile) and you may express yourself emotionally in a variety of ways. You have a need for mental stimulation (air), perhaps of various kinds (variable). You can often express emotions to suit the person you are with (versatile), and appear sympathetic (or insincere). Because of the changing nature of your emotions (variable) you might not know what you really feel or want (air). You may express your emotions for your own benefit, and therefore be thought manipulative.

I hope those helped you :)

Typically, your "moon" is the part of your personality you "show the world"..... If someone is more serious, they may have a 'moon' in sagitarrius - which would make them more 'social' in groups of people than they are in every day life.
