Why congress puts focus on reservation in spite of having millions of other problems?

COngress has enjoyed the FRUITS OF POWER THE MOST. SC/ST reservation was extended & MAXIMUM benifits have gone to cramy layers in CLASS I & II services & politicians. lust of power is at peak. There r NO MERITS IN CONGRESS POLITICS.

Because, it thinks, it will bring back the vote banks, which it had lost.

No political party really wants to solve any problems. If the problems exist, then they can fight on the basis of these problems.If there are no problems, then they will create some problems so that the people can quarrel among themselves and these politicians could make use of these differences to their advantage. Now, political parties in Maharastra have created another problem of Belgaum.

Reservation is a word synonymous with Congress party, because, when it took birth, its pledge was to uplift the communities which was in utter poverty and social backwardness. The Congress took oath to bring them some status, release them from human indignities, give them education, place them in the mainstream of society and government positions besides providing them political voice. All these were urgent requirements of the nation, more than of Congress. But because Congress was in the forefront of Independence movement in India and came to power as the first political party, the responsibility to provide reservations for all the needy human beings who were neglected rested on the shoulders of that party and its chieftans.

Somewhere along the line, Reservations started becoming a trump card for all political parties including the Congress for their political conveniences and excellently suited them for fighting the Elections. In all spheres, slowly, the Reservations became rampant, to an extent that except the political parties and few leaders, for others it became not only routene, but lost its essense. It happened because, the beneficiaries became right conscious and forgot their fundamental duty to upgrade themselves, as they continuously belonged to 'GOVERNMENT PROTECTED CLASS' by any political party in power in any state and of course the centre.This created a sense of insecurity in all other sections of people and loss of credibility of the system.

It also created class war and caste war, as each community and caste weighed and fought with each other to get reservation somehow or the other latching on to some leader of some political party, not necessarily congress, as everyone became aware that Congress can be influenced. Loss of precious lives also was witnessed. Agitations against this has not opened the eyes of Congress, as it has failed to understand the mindset of population at various levels.

This focus on reservation by the congress is well understood now, because it wants power at any cost and that they expect to win and get from only Reservations given by that party. This is the main reason for continuously enlarging the scope of reservation by the Congress party. Its other programmes have all dwindled because of poor leadership and lack of vision for the development works of the country. Slowly and surely Congress is falling short of good and efficient leaders who can give a new lease of life to the party and resurrect it from its shambles because of its coalition with all and sundry, even one seat party, for political power.

Both the major political parties Congress and the BJP have lost their original grass root thinking and ideologies, because of their unholy alliances everywhere for the sake of coming to power at the cost of people. Millions of other problems are not at all in the focus of current leaders of Congress. Their sole aim is to be in power and become individually rich by scams and muscle power.

Let them think of the country with some priority and millions of other problems along with some reservations issues also instead of totally focussing on Reservations alone. They are not doing a right thing and not following correct path. They should not admit and reward spitted out persons from other parties who are coming to their fold at the cost of sincere and honest long time workers who owe their life to the ideologies of congress. party. Congress is losing its place in the heart of people at large as a party, whereas, some leaders are able to gain power and liquidate the party by coalitions and un-holy alliances of all sorts sans ideologies.
