I would go to Ishnala. It is a Restaurant on Mirror Lake. It has trees growing through it,and there is a balcony overlooking the lake.

I would want you to take me to a nice cozy restaurant, romantic lighting, intimate table. I would enjoy good food, good wine, lively conversation with laughter and flirting. Time would be of no concern. Dessert would be an option.
