I think you're asking if a married woman has a baby from another man during the marriage what would the husband do if it were you. If it were me, I would have a long conversation with my wife.

You have to meet that baby, see if she likes you and if you like her, no promises 'till or unless you mean them. Lots of eye contact, discussion, honesty. See what you got, see what you don't got. If you can brew it up and make something good, then do it. If the baby and the step dad go for it. The woman really has no choice in the matter. She might think she does but she doesn't.
