If he does it's to check for hernia and when he's checking the
head part it's because 1. if your not circumcised then he has
to make sure your cleaning it right. When your not circumcised
it's easier to catch an infection or a disease. 2. When your
circumcised he has to check to see again for no infection or disease. Sometimes when you are in sports your scrotum
moves from side to side and it develop a third ball, meaning
your insides are getting all twisted up and that can be very dangerous for you. That is why it is good to wear boxer briefs
to keep everything in place or from swinging. There's nothing to be ashamed it's for medical health issue. He probably do this
for the first physical and next year, he'll just ask how thing are
going on. I have a son, He too had to go through this. But
his got twisted up from playing sports. So I bought him boxer
briefs for protection. He's not 21 and on his own.

It depends on why you are going in to the Doctor. A couple of things. Trust your feelings. During a breast exam you do not need to be exposed. The sheet should be covering most of you. If you are feeling uncomfortable talk to the doctor. You can always ask that a nurse be present during the examination. If you are sexually active (which I pray you are not at 14 yrs old. Not for moral reason but for your well being) the pelvic and breast exam are part of the package. Keep in mind anything is uncomfortable the first couple of times. Taking care of your breast and learning how to do self-exams are part of being good to yourself.

He will hold your nuts, ask you to bend over and cough. I am soo not joking. If you are being STD tested he will stick a q-tip down the hole in your penis. It will not be comfortable and you will feel violated.

Yes, they do touch you. It'll be awkward and uncomfortable, but they need to make sure you're healthy.
