There's a song on Beyonce's first album called Hip Hop Star that you can start with then move to something like old school Janet Jackson like Rhythm Nation and If. Stop the music and put in a sound bite from Bring it On "those aren't spirit fingers, these are spirit fingers". Then bring the music back up with something really fast and hot like CC Music Factory or I just heard this song Nu Nu (Double J & Hayze Extended Mix) - Fannypack, it's on the Stick It soundtrack. It's a 'remix' of the Parliament's song Atomic Dog. Oh and Mya's song Ayo is also hot. You can use that too. I hope that helps.

I don't like hip-hop music, but this stuff seems to be good for dance teams. Some songs you could use are:

Lose Control by Missy Elliot
1,2 Step by Ciara
Dance Dance by Fall Out Boy (the title kind of fits the occasion...)

Those are the first three that came to my mind, and it's always cool when dance teams use a couple of older songs too, so, best of luck!!! :-)

Ok, you cannot forget the one and only
Old Time Rock n Roll from Bob Seeger. I know its old, but holy cow if that comes on anywhere, everybody is on the floor, young and old.
